Legal Agreement Governing Your Use of dhax4d's Online Betting and Casino Services

dhax4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your national ID card (KTP), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and a selfie photograph for facial recognition. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification.
dhax4d accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25,000 for bank transfers and Rp 10,000 for e-wallets, unless otherwise specified. Most Bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The standard wagering requirement is 20x the Bonus amount, unless otherwise specified. For example, a Bonus of Rp 100,000 with 20x wagering requires Rp 2,000,000 in total wagers before the Bonus and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Only bets placed with real money (not Bonus funds) count toward wagering requirements, unless stated otherwise.
dhax4d reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus if we determine that you have engaged in Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity. Prohibited behaviors include but are not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses repeatedly, coordinating with other Users to exploit Bonus terms, placing opposite bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and using automated betting software or bots. Accounts found to be abusing Bonuses will be suspended and all Bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited.
You may cancel an active Bonus at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon cancellation, all Bonus funds and any winnings derived from Bonus funds will be removed from your Account, and only your original deposited funds (if any) will remain.
All sports bets are subject to the specific rules and regulations of the dhax4d Sportsbook. Bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dhax4d, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or Services, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if dhax4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall dhax4d's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Services exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
